I wanted to share with you some practices that have been supporting me in my growth & evolution. From doing the inner work I have found that music + movement are essential to bringing flow into our bodies. A few minutes a day can make such a difference. I encourage you to join in on some the suggestions below as ways to connect with yourself, especially when we have been giving our energy away for such a big portion of our day.


Yoga + Meditation + Movement

Through both stillness & movement we can allow for breakthrough to pierce in. Depending on what your body is asking from you. Sometimes it’s sitting in the quiet to actually hear your thoughts & being able to deeply listen to your inner needs. Sometimes only through dance & moving the energetic body we can release what’s not serving us, this is a great way to get unstuck.
